Kitesurfing (kiteboarding) lessons in Boracay
Kitesurfing lessons are held by experienced IKO Instructors using the latest equipment from F-one. Instructors use ‘buddy-system’ teaching. Two students are always learning with one kite and one board. While one student is learning, the other can help and secure. Using this system, students have more time to learn the importance of safety and at the same time get the experience needed to fulfill the performance requirements.     You also have the possibility to take 1 to 1 private lesson with any instructor for even faster progress.
No matter which course the student enrolls in, at the end of the day, they will receive an International license with IKO level that is recognized all over the world.
Discovery course
Duration, cost: 2 hours, 50 €
This is a good introduction for the person who wants to find out if kiteboarding is suitable for him or not. You will learn the basics of kite-control and the safety features. If you decide to continue to the next level, the Beginner course, then we don’t charge you for the discovery course.
Day course Level 1 IKO
Duration, cost: 4hrs/1day, 99 €
The first step for beginners. Students learn all basic skills and knowledge of kitesurfing with an IKO instructor. Set up the kite, bar and lines, safety systems of bar and kite, the theory of wind-window, power zone, turbulences and fly a 4-lines kite. You will learn how to fly the kite with control and launch, land and re-launch.
By the end of this course you will reach the level where you can use the kite in the power zone and body-drag under control in all directions. If you decide to continue to the next level, the Beginner course, then we don’t charge you for the level 1 IKO course.
Beginner course level 1+2 IKOÂ incl. IKO Certificate
Duration, cost: 12 hours/3days, 275 €
Your best option to learn kitesurfing ! Our objective here will be to teach you all you need to know in order to be able to become an independant kiter. That means that after those 12 hrs (or 9 hrs if private course) you should have a good control of the kite and be able to ride on the board. All this in complete safety for you and for the others.
You will learn how to set-up the kite, understand the safety systems, be able to fly and body-drag in all directions with the 4-line kite. You will start to learn the most exciting part of kiteboarding: GETTING ON THE BOARD and riding!! The Instructor will stay with you until you start to come out of the water and start riding.
After completing this course you should be able to carry on with self-study. Or if you want to learn even faster, you can opt for the advanced course.
Advanced course Level 3 incl. IKO Certificate
Duration, cost: 5hrs/1 or 2 Days, 180 €
For people who can already ride but want to step up their skills with professional advice. Typically, you will learn how to ride upwind, turn and do your first jumps !!
Private tuition
