Kitesurfing (kiteboarding) lessons at Boracay
Kitesurfing lessons are held by experienced IKO Instructors. Instructors use ‘buddy-system’ teaching. Two students are always learning with one kite and one board. While one student is learning, the other can help and secure. Using this system, students have more time to learn the importance of safety and at the same time get the experience needed to fulfill the performance requirements.
No matter which course the student enrolls in, at the end of the day, they will receive an International license with IKO level that is recognized all over the world.
Kiteboarding Introductory course
Duration, cost: 2 hours, 3500P
This is good introduction for the person who wants to find out if kiteboarding is for you or not. You will learn the basics of kite-control in under-power, this is most important skill for kitesurfing. We count this experience as part of the beginner course if you choose to continue with your training.
Day course Level 1 IKO license
Duration, cost: 4hrs/1day, 6900P
The first step for the beginner. Students learn all basic skills and knowledge of kitesurfing with an Instructors. Set up of the kite, bar and lines, safety system of bar and kite, the theory of wind-window, power zone, turbulences and fly a 2-line kite. You will learn to fly the kite under control by yourself and launch, land and re-launch.
By the end of this kitesurfing lessons you will reach the level where you can use the kite in the power zone and body-drag under control in all directions.
Beginner course level I+II IKO License incl. IKO Certificate
Duration, cost: 12 hours/3days, 17000P
Continuing from the level 1 course, you will learn set-up, safety system, fly and body-drag in all directions with the 4-line kite. You will start to learn the most exciting part of kiteboarding: GETTING ON THE BOARD and riding!! The Instructor will stay with you until you start to come out of the water and start riding.
After completing this lesson in kitesurfing, you will be able to make a water start and have the knowledge of safe riding with other kiteboarders in order to carry on with self-study.

Advanced course Level III incl. IKO Certificate
Duration, cost: 8hrs/3 Days, 12500P
For the people who know how to ride but want to step up their skills with professional advice. For example, people who know how to ride but can not go up wind, or maybe people who want to start to jump etc.
Accompanied Kitingsurfing every day
Duration, cost: excl. Material 3500P
IKO licensed Kitesurfer accompanied by experienced Kitingsurfing Instructors. Tips and recommendations for:
- kite-setup
- control of the safety system
- safe launching and landing
- flying of the kite
